I'm Yaseer Okino → full-stack developer · AI engineer · founder. I work at the point where design, engineering, and product thinking converge, and I take all three equally seriously.
I work across NLP and applied AI, from fine-tuning models to integrating intelligence into products that actually ship ↯ research-grounded but always oriented toward what works in production. In parallel, I'm building Giveday, a crowdfunding platform purpose-built for African markets, designed from the ground up for the infrastructure, trust models, and payment behaviours of the people it serves.
Through yasr, my independent studio, I take on selected full-stack projects for clients who need more than a developer. Someone who can think through a product from first principles, design it with intention, and build it through to production ✦
